Is there a scholarship and fellowship for me?

Scholarships and fellowships are one of the many ways in which academic institutions, governments, and organizations including employers remove financial barriers from your path to achieving your education goals and improving your career opportunities. Scholarships and fellowships are frequently given out for outstanding academics, as well as other accomplishments, skills, and/or involvement in the community. Even if you were unable to earn a merit-based scholarship through your school, you can look into scholarships that might cover a small portion of your tuition and are awarded for all kinds of merit, whether it’s for exceptional academics in a particular field, or above and beyond contribution to your community.

  1. Graduate Research Scholarships — University of Melbournev(unimelb.edu.au) No application is required. You will be automatically considered for this award. 100% fee remission and up to $110,000. Full fee offset for up to two years for students undertaking a Masters by Research degree or up to four years for students undertaking a doctoral degree. Living allowance of $34,400 per year pro rata (2023 full-time study rate) for up to two years for students undertaking a Masters by Research degree or up to 3.5 years for students undertaking a doctoral degree. The living allowance may be indexed annually and includes limited paid sick, maternity and parenting leave.
